    If I still need to pay my passes and I’m suspended from using my annual pass can I still purchase a regular one day ticket?

    Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for coming by to ask us a question about your Magic Key passes.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having some difficulty with your monthly payment schedule. It sounds like you’re already aware that if you’re behind on payments, your pass can be suspended and any current Theme Park Reservations may be canceled. If the issue is simply that your credit card on file is expired, updating your card information can be done quickly and easily by phone. Call the Magic Key Monthly Payments Guest Services line at (800) 410-4656 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PDT and a Cast Member will be happy to update your payment method so your account can be made current and in good standing again. 

    Although it’s best to resolve any overdue balances with your existing Magic Key contract commitments first, you should still be able to purchase a separate theme park ticket in the meantime if necessary. The new theme park reservations you make with that ticket will be separate from reservations you may have made previously with your Magic Key, and you won't have access to any other benefits associated with your pass until your payments are up to date.
