    I need to pay the balance of my trip but I cannot seem to find a way to pay online

    Hello, Brian!

    Welcome to planDisney. We are so excited that you are here! And speaking of excitement, I see you have a trip to Walt Disney World coming up very soon. Now that's a reason for celebration. February is a great time to visit. If you will be enjoying time at EPCOT during your travels I highly recommend checking out the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. This event highlights arts of all media- culinary, performing, and visual. The Festival of the Arts is my personal favorite. I love trying the unique featured foods and watching live demonstrations by unbelievably talented artists. The Wild Mushroom Risotto found at Gourmet Landscapes (Canada) is absolutely incredible. You can experience all the amazing masterpieces through February 21, 2022. 

    Brian, let's take care of that balance so you can get back to getting excited. The first step to making payments online is a My Disney Experience account. If you have not already created an account, have no fear! This process is super easy and can be done quickly. Once the account is made you will need to link your upcoming trip reservation. This can be done by selecting "My Plans" from the drop-down menu and clicking on the blue Resort Hotel icon. You will select "Link Reservation" and enter your confirmation number and the name listed on the reservation. 

    Okay, now that you have a My Disney Experience account and a linked reservation, let's locate the payment option. This will also be located under "My Plans". You will scroll through this page until you see your resort hotel. Hint, it will be listed under Daily Itinerary. You will see a photo of your hotel, the confirmation number, and the remaining balance. Next to the remaining balance, you will see a blue highlighted link titled "Make a Payment. Select this and follow the prompts that follow. 

    If you are unable to see the "Make a Payment" option there may be a few reasons that are preventing you from accessing this option online. It should be noted that if you booked your upcoming trip through a travel agency all payments for your upcoming adventure will need to be processed by your agent. You would not see a payment option on your My Disney Experience account in this situation. You will also need to be listed on the reservation in order to access payment information. Assuming that neither of these situations applies to your upcoming vacation, and you are still unable to access the payment option online, you may need to speak to a friendly Cast Member. They will be able to assist you in making a payment by phone
