    do i need parking pass/tickets?

Hi there, Raechelle! A warm planDisney welcome to you!

Your Disneyland Resort adventure is just around the corner—how exciting that the countdown is now in days, not weeks! Every great visit begins with just the right tickets—and yes, you’ll need both a valid theme park ticket or pass and an accompanying park reservation for each day you plan to visit. Your ticket and reservation link together in the Disneyland mobile app, which makes it easy to scan your way through the main entrance and straight into the magic. Since reservations can fill up, I always recommend making them as early as you can.

When it comes to parking, that depends on your plans. If you’ll be arriving by car, you’ll need a parking pass for one of the resort’s lots or structures, like the Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals Parking Structures. From there, trams whisk you right to the Main Entrance Esplanade. Another option is the Toy Story Parking Area, where a shuttle bus will take you to the main entrance area. You can purchase parking upon arrival, or in advance if you’d like to save time. You can find all the details on the Disneyland Resort Parking page.

If you’re staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel, keep in mind that hotel parking is handled separately, so you may not need to purchase a theme park parking pass at all. And of course, if you’re walking from a nearby hotel or arriving by ride share, you’ll be able to skip parking entirely and head straight to the fun.

Since your visit falls during Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort, you’ll also discover festive touches everywhere you look—from the giant Mickey pumpkin on Main Street, U.S.A. to spook-ified attractions like Haunted Mansion Holiday in Disneyland Park and Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark in Disney California Adventure Park. And here’s an extra pro tip: Don’t forget to peek at the seasonal treats in the Disneyland Halloween Foodie Guide over on the Disney Parks Blog—caramel apple cheesecake, anyone?!

Raechelle, no matter how you arrive—by car, shuttle, or even pixie dust—you’ll be ready for a visit filled with festive sights, sweet surprises, and magic around every corner!.

Wishing you a frightfully delightful countdown!
