Need parking info for Epcot & Animal Kingdom. What is parking procedure?

Welcome to planDisney, Judith! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. Your trip is coming up so soon, and you must be getting excited! I'm happy to chat with you about parking and how easy it's going to be at both EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Both of the Theme Parks you're visiting have their own dedicated parking lot, so it's going to be super simple to park your car there. When you arrive, you'll drive up to the toll plaza where you'll either pay for your day of parking or scan your MagicBand+ to bring up your Resort Hotel reservation since guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel get complimentary parking. Once that's done, you'll drive into the parking lot and follow the directions of Cast Members, who will wave you into a parking spot. Make sure to snap a photo of your parking spot or use the Car Locator feature in the My Disney Experience app so you remember exactly where you parked! At EPCOT, you'll walk from your car to the entrance of the Theme Park, but at Disney's Animal Kingdom, you have the option of walking or taking a parking lot tram, which will drive you to the entrance.

And that's it! Pretty simple, right? When you're done for the day, head back to your car and follow the signs to exit. Your paid parking is valid for the whole day, so if you're hopping over to another Theme Park, you don't need to worry about paying again. Just present your receipt to the Cast Member in the toll booth!

I hope this answers your question, Judith, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
