Do we need park tickets to go to Mickey's Not-so-scary Halloween party?

    Hey, Sherri!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is the most spooktacular event of the year. With trick-or-treat trails, dance parties and special Disney characters to meet, the Ghost Host has made this a party that will raise any spirit.

You do not need a theme park ticket to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party just the party ticket. Guests may enter in costume at 4:00 p.m. even though the party start time is 7:00 p.m. giving Guests three extra hours of magic before the party starts.

Disney Dad Tip: Watch out for the Headless Horseman and Hitchhiking Ghosts during the Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade. The best place to view the parade is along the wooden walkway in Frontierland or just in front of the Hall of Presidents attraction.

Disney Dad Tip 2: Bring a backpack for candy. During the night, you will be able to treat-or-treat along the candy trails. You will be provided with a small bag and Cast Members will put the candy in the small bag. You may then transfer the candy into the backpack. We gathered 10 pounds of candy and only visited half the candy trails!

Sherri, enjoy making many Spooktacular Magical Memories at Walt Disney World Resort!
