Hey there, hi there Denise!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Your magical vacation is just a few days away, how exciting!
The theming at
Rainforest Cafe is wild, and kids adore dining there. Since the restaurant is outside of the entrance to Disney's Animal Kingdom you won't need a park ticket or a
theme park reservation to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at this whimsical restaurant with animatronic animals, tropical thunderstorms, and beautiful aquariums.
Did you know there is also a
Rainforest Cafe in Disney Springs? Another fun choice is
T-Rex Cafe, a dinosaur themed restaurant run by the same company, where guests are immersed in a Jurassic adventure. Instead of the thunderstorm that you get in Rainforest Cafe, guests find themselves in the middle of a meteor shower several times throughout their meal. My kids love eating in the color changing ice cavern. Whether you prefer to dine in a jungle or with dinosaurs, Disney Springs might be a better location, simply because after your meal you
can shop, play, and explore.
Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
