    I need to make park reservations but can’t. We have a confirmation room number

    Welcome, and thank you for sending your question to planDisney. I’m glad to hear you’re planning to visit the Disneyland Resort soon!

    In order to make theme park reservations, you must purchase theme park tickets and link them to your Disney account on Disneyland.com or the Disneyland mobile app. In the app, tap on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol. Tap “Link Tickets & Passes” and scan the barcode for the ticket with a smartphone camera or enter the ticket ID numbers manually. 

    If you try these steps and are still unable to link your tickets or make theme park reservations, I recommend calling the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further.
