Do I need a park reservation for my 2 year old ?

Hi there, Charlie. Welcome to planDisney. We’re honored to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Thanks for taking the time to drop by!

I’m happy to report that since children under 3 years of age do not need tickets to enter Disneyland Resort theme parks, they also will not need to have park reservations either. So Hakuna Matata! It means “no worries” as you continue to plan your upcoming trip. Just be sure everyone else in your travel party 3 years of age and older have valid tickets and park reservations for the day(s) you wish to visit the theme parks.

If you have more trip-planning questions, please write us again. We’re all EARS!

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
