Hey there, Janette, and welcome to planDisney!
Being an Annual Passholder goes hand-in-hand with living close to the Walt Disney World theme parks. As a matter of fact, your ticketing combo is the same as mine and my military veteran husband. So, I am more than happy to answer your question, Janette.
Here’s the good news, Janette: As an
Annual Passholder, you do not need a
theme park reservation to enter the theme parks after 2 p.m. (unless you’re visiting Magic Kingdom on a Saturday or Sunday). As long as the theme park hasn’t reached capacity, which rarely happens, you’re good to go. Also, double check that the dining reservation isn’t on either of your passes’
blockout dates.
You’ll want to save some room for the
Food Studios at the upcoming EPCOT International Festival of the Arts (January 16- February 23, 2026). The various festival food booths are conveniently scattered around the theme park, so you can enjoy a leisurely walk through the art displays and attractions while trying different flavors. If your trip dates align, you could find a yummy post-meal dessert or jam out to a featured Broadway performer’s concert.
AN EXTRA GEM: Check out
GEO-82, an adults-only bar and lounge at EPCOT. The small bites and alcoholic- and non-alcoholic drink choices are absolutely fantastic. I’ve been a couple of times now and I still can’t get enough of its whiskey smash, hummus, and theme parks views.
I hope that you and your husband have an amazing time at the restaurant! Janette, please don’t be a stranger to planDisney if you have
additional questions about planning your Disney day trips and longer vacations.
Magic always,
LeAndra
