Do you need a park reservation for the Magic Kingdom for a hard ticket event such as the upcoming Disney Very Merriest After Hours event?

Hello Karl! Just like another Christmas planner, I see that you are making your list and checking it twice! Thanks for bringing such a good question regarding the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event!

Guests with tickets for the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event do not need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation to attend this extra magical Christmas event at Magic Kingdom Park. The Guest simply needs to have a Disney Very Merriest After Hours ticket for the date of the event they are attending.

Karl, an important tip to keep in mind is that Guests with Disney Very Merriest After Hours tickets will be allowed to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 7:00 PM! That is two hours earlier than the official event start time! I highly recommend that you take full advantage of that perk! That will give you a total of six hours in the park! That’s plenty of time to take in all of the Christmas cheer at what is sure to be another amazing holiday experience at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
