Hiya Linda! Welcome to planDisney! We’re so happy you’re here!
I'm so excited to see that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is less than two months away! I bet it’s going to feel like you’ve blinked, and suddenly you are in the middle of the vacation of a lifetime. How lucky to be visiting during The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! The EARidescent magical touches sprinkled all around Walt Disney World are sure to make your vacation even more fabulous than you can imagine, so I’m just so excited for you!
I know there are lots of details to wrap up before you can take off on your adventure, so let’s get your question answered so you can get back to planning! Now, a Park Pass Reservation is required for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have added the Park Hopper Option to your ticket, you can hop over to another park after 2 p.m. each afternoon. So, if you plan on visiting a park on the day you arrive for your stay, you would need to secure a reservation. However, if you plan to check in and just spend the day enjoying your Disney Resorts Collection hotel without visiting a park, then there is no need to worry about making a Park Pass Reservation.
When you are ready to make your Park Pass Reservations, you can do so by following these simple steps:
- First, log into your My Disney Experience mobile app.
- Next, click on the “+” in the middle of the app navigation bar and click on “Make a Park Reservation.”
- From there, click on “Theme park Tickets,” and a separate browser window will open.
- Finally, you can select the members of your party, the date of your visit, and the park you would like to reserve.
Pretty easy, right?
I am just so excited for you to enjoy your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! You are going to have the time of your life. In the meantime, just know that we here at planDisney are here to help, so if you have any other questions as you finalize your plans, feel free to stop by again!
Until next time,
