Hi there, Kelly. Welcome to planDisney.
It sounds like you are making some magical plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth! Kelly, let me tell you, I love exploring Resort hotels as much as I love visiting the theme parks! I am happy to help you with this.
I have great news! You won't need a theme park ticket to use
Disney's transportation, whether it's by bus, boat, Disney Skyliner, or monorail, to explore the Resort hotels. YAY! The use of Disney's transportation is complementary, so feel free to hop on board. One thing to keep in mind is that, generally, transportation does not run directly from one Resort hotel to another. Instead, transportation to the Resort hotels operates from the theme parks and Disney Springs. The Disney Skyliner does connect some hotels, but it's best to plan ahead for your journey. Of course, you can always count on us here at planDisney to spring into action and help you plot your best course, so feel free to visit us again if we can help you with that.
You've chosen some fantastic Resort hotels to visit! Disney's Grand Floridian is one of my absolute favorites to explore. I highly recommend stopping by
Gasparilla Island Grill to order a dessert, and then sitting out by the marina with Cinderella Castle in the background. It's a beautiful spot to sit, relax, and take in the magic. At Port Orleans, you'll find some of the most delicious beignets at
Scat Cat's Club Café. Also, be sure to stop by
Carousel Coffee at Disney's BoardWalk Inn for a delicious Nitro Cold Brew Coffee.
Kelly, I hope this information helps you. Have fun at the parks and have just as much fun exploring the magic at the Resort hotels. I hope you'll visit us again!
Wishing you a great big beautiful tomorrow,
Shonette
