Hi Erick,
Thanks for stopping in to see us at planDisney!
The Walt Disney World Resort vacation package planning tools available at
Disneyworld.com make it super easy to plan out a most magical stay. You'll find you can put together your package that includes your Resort accommodations and your theme park tickets, as well as options for some extra magic. And, if you find you'd like some additional assistance
while you're putting together your package, you can get great help from the Cast Members with the Walt Disney Travel Company by calling them at (407) 939-7675.
My suggestion is to start by exploring the
Disney Resorts Collection. This is, I think, a great way to get familiar with all the Disney Resort hotel accommodations available to you. If you're planning for accommodations where
your whole travel party can stay together, you might want to
consider a Disney Deluxe Villa Resort with a 2 Bedroom Villa that can typically sleep eight (8) adults. What's really nice about the Deluxe Villa Resorts is that they offer a kitchen that's fully equipped as well as a comfy living room space and dining area, along with washer and dryer -- all the comforts of a vacation home perfect for a large group of Guests. Another idea is to consider multiple Resort hotel rooms.
One of the key questions you'll want to consider is location. Do you want to be close enough to walk to a theme park? If so, you'll likely want to focus on a Magic Kingdom Area Resort or an EPCOT Area Resort. When you're exploring Resort hotels, you can filter your search by Resort Location.
After you get familiar with your Resort hotel choices, you'll want to take a
look at your theme park ticket options. I always recommend the Park Hopper Option as a way to add more theme park magic to your day by visiting multiple theme parks in the same day.
With your ideas for your Resort hotel and theme park tickets in mind, you can use the
"Book your Walt Disney World Vacation today" features to put together a package that offers you the magic that's just right for you.
Erick, one key planning step you'll want to take care of is to
book your theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system. In addition to the theme park tickets you purchase, you'll need a theme park reservation for each Guest in your party for the parks you plan to visit. If you're purchasing the Park Hopper Option, you currently only need
reservations for the first theme park you plan to visit in a day.
Erick, I hope this info helps you get started planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Remember, you can always get additional vacation package booking help by
using the chat service to connect with Cast Members or by calling the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407) 939-7675.
Here's wishing you lots of fun and a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Jerry
