We need to use the new disabled system, my question is how do we do that when we are suppose to pick our fast passes before hand?

    Hi Angie,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you're asking about the Disability Access Service, and I have GREAT news for you!

If you qualify, you may actually use both the Disability Access Service AND the FastPass+ service during your vacation! When you first arrive, you'll want to visit a Guest Relations location inside one of the four theme parks where you'll be able to discuss the concerns you have about waiting in lines during your visit. A Cast Member will share the services they have available that would help meet your party's specific needs, and if you qualify for the Disability Access Service, they'll get everything set up for you there. To use this service, any member of your party will simply ask a Cast Member at the specific attraction's entrance. They will scan one of your MagicBands or cards to activate the Disability Access Service and give you a time that you may return and enter the FastPass+ queue. When you return, just be sure the Guest who qualified for the service is the first member of your party to enter the queue. You may use this service throughout your whole trip, but may only have one attraction or experience active at a time.

Of course, you may also use the FastPass+ service, and I definitely recommend making those selections in advance. Did you know that once you've enjoyed your three scheduled FastPass+ selections per day, you may use the My Disney Experience app or an in-park kiosk to make additional selections, one at a time? Being able to use both of these services should be a huge blessing, especially to the Mouseketeer who qualified for the Disability Access Service.

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip, Angie, and have a truly magical vacation!
