    Need to move our park and hotel reservation due to family emergency

    I am sorry you need to cancel your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. You can try to change your reservation on your My Disney Experience account, as there is a Change Reservation option listed to the right of your reservation when you log in and go under My Plans. However, if you booked a Vacation Package and are less than 30 days out, or a Room Only Reservation and are less than 5 days out, I suggest you give a call to a Cast Member at (407)939-1936.
