Do I need to but my 8 month old a ticket into the parks?

Welcome to planDisney, Ashley! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question.

The littlest prince and princesses ages two and under do not need a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park ticket to experience all the magic and fun with their family.

Ashley, don't let that lead you to believe there isn't fun for your infant to have while you are visiting! There are many attractions with no height requirement your little one can experience with everyone.  I have a favorite attraction for little ones at each of the four Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks. At Magic Kingdom, your child will love the happy little tune and watching all the motions as you float through numerous countries on "it's a small world".  Your little one will be mesmerized watching his favorite fish friends from Finding Nemo swimming along with real live fish while riding The Seas with Nemo & Friends at Epcot. No matter your age, seeing Lightning McQueen and friends in person at Lightning McQueen's Racing Academy is always fun at Disney's Hollywood Studios! Lastly, at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Kilimanjaro Safaris is also a perfect ride for the youngest of Guests as they watch real live animals roam the savannas of Africa.

    Have a magical day, Ashley!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
