Need to locate my purchased Disney tickets for 3/5/2026

Hi there, Margaret! Welcome to planDisney. I love a good mystery. Let’s crack the case.

Locating your tickets entirely depends on where you purchased them. Since I’m not sure where that is, I’ll give you several options on where to look.

First of all, if you purchased on the mobile app or on the Disneyland website, you were probably signed in to your account, and you can find them by going to the Disneyland Mobile App, clicking the (☰), then “My Tickets and Passes.” The other thing we should find out is if you have a park reservation. Press that (☰) button again and scroll down to “Future Plans.” This should tell you whether you have a park reservation.

Certain ticket purchases on platforms other than the app or the website involve an email confirmation. Check your email and search for something like “Disneyland Tickets.” Hopefully they’re there. If they are, you’ll want to link them to your Disneyland Mobile App right away. Quick tip, I’ve heard that sometimes the confirmation number and the ticket number are similar in length and listed right next to each other in these emails. Confusing, right? Be sure you use the ticket number to link to the mobile app, not the confirmation number.

The next possibility that’s worth checking is if you booked a hotel and ticket package through a third party, like a travel agent or Costco. Guests have reported that they have a hotel reservation number, but tickets don’t always show up in the app - sometimes they appear in the app about three days before your scheduled check-in time. If this is the case, let’s try linking your hotel reservation number to the Disneyland Mobile App. You can link your reservation number if you’re staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel or any of the local Disney Good Neighbor Hotels. On your computer, go to Disneyland.com and log in to your account. Hover on “My Disneyland” and click “Tickets and Reservation Details.” Then click on “Make or Modify Park Reservations,” and finally “Retrieve Hotel Reservation.” Enter your reservation or confirmation number and last name on the reservation, and that should be that. If you don’t have a park reservation, the app will prompt you to make one at this time.

Margaret, I hope this has been helpful and leads you to your tickets! If none of these options work, I’d say reaching out to a helpful cast member by phone is the next step. You’re so close to a magical trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, and I hope you make so many magical memories. If you have any more planning questions, don’t hesitate to visit us again at planDisney. Have a magical day.
