Hi there, Evelyn! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
One of the things that I love the most about
Walt Disney World Resort is that they truly go above and beyond to
make the magic accessible to everyone. My son has autism, and when I visit the Walt Disney World theme parks with him, we use
Disability Access Service (DAS), an accommodation intended for Guests who, due to a disability, cannot wait in a typical queue environment.
DAS has been extremely helpful for my family, and now that Guests can
pre-register for DAS via a live video chat with a Cast Member, it's even more convenient. During the pre-registration process, Guests will also have the opportunity to book up to two
DAS Advance experiences per day (based on availability). It sounds like you're already pre-registered for DAS and you need to select your DAS Advance
attractions. If that is the case, you can click on the "DAS Advance" link here in this answer and scroll down until you see the "Request Live Chat" button. Simply click on this button and you will be connected with a Cast Member who can help you plan your DAS Advance experiences.
Evelyn, if you have any additional questions as you get ready for your magical vacation, please stop back and visit us again. See ya real soon!
Samantha
