do I need to link tickets to wristband or if I have Disney app on my phone I would just use my phone as I would the wrist band? how do I link wristband to ticket?

    Hi Carol! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! In three short days, you will be immersed in The World's Most Magical Celebration at Walt Disney World Resort. Keep your eyes peeled for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make fun and unique photo opportunities for lasting memories. On the Adventureland sign in Magic Kingdom Park, look up to find that mischievous monkey, Abu.

Grab your smartphone, let's take these questions one at a time. First, we need to link your Theme Park Tickets to the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Open the app and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes" and hit the "+" sign in the upper right-hand corner. Choose "Link Tickets & Passes" and follow the prompts to enter either scan your code or enter your ID Code. Now your tickets are linked to your account.

Any past active MagicBands or admission cards may be used to enter the park. Under "My Profile" select "MagicBands & Cards." You will see all of your options, make sure to set any bands or cards you would like to use to "active." Now, you can use these to enter the theme parks.

Finally, my new best park friend is the Disney MagicMobile Pass. Let's get you set up. In the app, choose "Disney MagicMobile." Click on the "+" sign and select the guest to create a customized digital pass. Once done, add to your Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or digital wallet. I suggest setting your pass to "Express Mode" eliminating the need to unlock your phone to gain entry to the theme parks. I have personally been using this service for the last three days and loving every minute of it.

Do not miss the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. I visited many of the outdoor kitchens for fresh culinary delights. Near the Port of Entry, you can find the Spicy Hot Dog with Pineapple Chutney and Plantain Chips at the Pineapple Promenade, my personal favorite of the day.
    Have a budding good time!

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
