Hiya Dani! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm happy to help!
I have a couple of suggestions that may help you, Dani. If the tickets were purchased online, you should have been prompted to create (or sign in to) a Disney account. This means the tickets should already be connected to your account. To access them, open (or download) the
Disneyland app, click on the three horizontal bars in the lower right corner and tap on the tile for "Tickets and Passes." Your tickets with barcodes should appear here. To
make park reservations, tap on the "+" in the center of the screen at the bottom, then tap the tile to "Make a Park Reservation." Park reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance and I recommend taking a peek at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see if your desired date(s) are available for your type of ticket(s).
Another option is to search your email inbox for the confirmation email from "Disneyland Reservations." After opening this email, you can select "Access Your eTickets" which will bring up your tickets with the barcode that can be scanned to the Disneyland app.
Dani, I hope this has been helpful. Please come visit us again at planDisney with any other questions you might have. This year is a great time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth with the
Disney100 Celebration kicking off very soon on January 27. As a matter of fact, the
Foodie Guide for the celebration was just released detailing the tasty treats that will be available. I'm already making a list of all the goodies I want to try!
Have a magical day,
Michelle
