Do I need to link my tickets to the Disney App to get into the park? Or can I use the barcode that is attached to the confirmation email? Because I continue to get an error message saying the tickets were already linked when I only have one account.

    Hi Tyler! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! In just two days, you are arriving at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. Take time to find all the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection throughout all four theme parks. They make unique and fun photo opportunities to create lasting memories. My favorite is Donald Duck in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park.

I am so sorry you are having technical issues linking your ticket to your My Disney Experience Mobile App. First thing, Theme Park Tickets will be automatically linked to the My Disney Experience account associated with the purchaser and said email. Possibly, your tickets were linked to another account. However, if you are still having issues here are a few alternatives. You can take your proof of purchase, the original form of payment and photo identification to any ticket booth located outside of all four theme parks or The Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to get a hard ticket card.  If you have active MagicBands linked to your My Disney Experience account, your ticket should be active as long as your Theme Park Ticket has been assigned to you. And finally, you may call the Existing Tickets Help Desk or utilize the chat feature in My Disney Experience to connect with a friendly Cast Member. The lines have been rather busy so I suggest calling early or late.

Friendly reminder, Theme Park Reservations are now required prior to your park visit. Here is the availability calendar.

You are visiting during the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. Starting Friday, many roads will be closed in the morning making commute times to the theme parks extended. Please allow yourself more time for travel.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
