Maricelle from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I need to link my tickets to my account so that I can include them in my party to make theme park reservations, but I get the message that they've already been linked to a different account. How can we unlink them to link to mine?

    Hi Maricelle,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question.  I bet you are just as excited as I am to head back to Disneyland Resort, I can't wait to be taking off on Space Mountain with my daughter by my side!

I am sorry you are having trouble with your Theme Park Tickets.  It sounds like you have already tried to link your Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account but I would still try to make your Theme Park Reservations regardless.  Sometimes Theme Park Tickets may not show up in your account even though they have already been linked, so you may get lucky!

If you try to make your Theme Park Reservations and you run into another issue, I do suggest calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and speak with a Cast Member who will get your Tickets sorted out in no time.  Please keep in mind that you may be placed in a queue and have to wait longer than usual to speak with a Cast Member. They are working hard to help as many guests as possible, but with all of the excitement surrounding the reopening of Disneyland Resort comes lots of questions.

Sending you extra Pixie Dust in hope your Theme Park Tickets get properly linked soon, Maricelle.  With a little "Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust" you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth in no time!
