Since your tickets are currently linked to another family member, they will have to reassign them back to you. The first thing you need to do is
sign in to your Disney account and visit
My Family & Friends to confirm that you are connected to your family member’s account. If you are not connected, select
Add a Guest to send them an invitation to connect. Once your accounts are connected, your family member will have to sign in to their Disney account, visit
Tickets and Memory Maker, find the tickets they need to link back to your account, and select
Reassign.
You can also connect to your family member via the
My Disney Experience app. While using the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, find
My Profile, and then select
My Family & Friends List. To reassign the ticket back to you while using the app, your family member will have to tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
Tickets and Passes, find the ticket, and select
