Hi there, Paloma!
Welcome to planDisney! Sorry that you're having some trouble linking your tickets. Sometimes technology just isn't as magical as we want it to be! I'll do my best to help you get linked up and ready to go.
If you purchased your theme park tickets somewhere other than the Disneyland website then you'll need to go online and link them to your account. You can do this by visiting the "
Link Tickets" page under the "My Disneyland" tab on the main page of the website. You'll enter each Ticket ID number to add them to your Disney account.
Since you mentioned you've linked other tickets already, I'm guessing that this part of the process isn't new to you. So, let's try an alternative method. You can download the
Disneyland Mobile App and try using the app to link your ticket. In the "Tickets and Passes" section of the app tap the "+" sign at the top of the screen and select "Link Tickets & Passes" from the menu. The app gives you the option of using your phone camera to scan the barcode of your ticket, or to "Type ID" and enter the ticket number manually.
If you aren't able to get either of those methods to work, I would
call the Tickets phone number listed online so that a Cast Member can help you in real-time. Be sure to have your electronic ticket or e-mail confirmation ready to go. You can also try chatting with a Cast Member through the
Disneyland website help page between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Don't forget to make
park reservations for each day of your visit once your tickets are linked to your account!
You need both valid tickets and a park reservation for each day that you want to enter the parks. You can also see the availability for park reservations by checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availablity Calendar.
The
Disneyland Mobile App isn't just helpful for linking your tickets, it's a great tool when you're visiting the parks! You can use the app to scan your tickets for park entry,
purchase Disney Genie+ service, join
virtual queues,
order snacks, and lots more! It's a good idea to download the app and use it to explore before your visit, so you'll have an idea of what you'd like to do at the parks. My first stop would be
San Fransokyo Square in Disney California Adventure Park to meet my favorite healthcare companion: Baymax!
Paloma, I hope you're able to get your ticket linked and make your park reservations soon! I'm wishing you and your family a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
