Do I need to link my theme park tickets, theme park reservations and Memory Maker to the My Disney Experience app manually or should they link automatically? They all appear on the My Disney Experience website but not on my app.

Welcome back to planDisney, Emmanuel! Thanks for stopping by with your question!

The My Disney Experience App will be your best friend on this trip. Think of it as the Chip to your Dale or the Buzz to your Woody. It's hard to go a full Disney Parks day without utilizing all of the tools that it offers. With your upcoming trip in the new year, let's make sure you are ready to go with what you need.

Your My Disney Experience account will go hand in hand with the app on your mobile device. Once your park tickets, reservations, and Memory Maker are linked to your account, they should show up in the app without having to take any additional steps. It might be as simple as giving it some time to load properly, possibly even restarting the app on your device. Once you log back on, click on the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of the app and select "Future Plans". This will show each of your Disney Park Passes and any Advanced Dining Reservations on select dates. You can also select "Tickets and Passes" to view your park tickets there.

Emmanuel, you'll also want to make sure that you are logging into the same account on the app that you are using on your computer. It's possible that you may have two accounts under the same name using two different emails. If this is the case, the plans will not be shared on each one. I've seen this happen in the past and it's something that Guests may overlook if your account information is already saved when logging into the app version. If this is not the case, you can always call the Walt Disney World Resort and speak to a Cast Member that can assist you further.

Once you have this figured out and you arrive onsite, you'll be able to utilize the app for many features. Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering are a helpful one, especially when your group is hungry and does not want to wait in long lines just to order. You can use the app to place mobile food orders at many quick service locations around the parks and resorts. Once ordered and you are in the vicinity of the restaurant, you can notify them through the app to start preparing your food. Once the food is ready, you will receive a notification to pick it up. Payment is made through the app, so the process is very simple.

I hope this information helps you plan for your upcoming trip, Emmanuel! Have a magical stay!
