I need to link several day tickets to my account. A) how do I do that? I have a copy of each tickets with the #. B) once I do that I need to make the tickets still Show up in the original account ticket owner

    Hi Christine! Welcome to planDisney.

The whole gang is headed to Walt Disney World Resort for a magical vacation. There are a few ways to achieve your goals. I will walk you through how I would approach the important tasks. First, if your travel partners have their own My Disney Experience account (which I recommend), I want you to verify that everyone is linked to their Family and Friends List. Grab your smartphone and let's get to work.

Open your My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner, scroll down to "My Profile," and tap on "Family & Friends List." If anyone is missing from this list, scroll down to "Add a Guest," select a method, and follow the prompts. Now everyone is linked up.

Now to your tickets, either each person can link their own ticket to their account or if you are the person in charge, follow my steps. Select "Tickets and Passes," if your tickets are not listed, tap on the top right-hand "+" sign, followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." You will again be given options to link. With your ticket number, I would select "Type ID." Once you enter the ticket number, you can assign the ticket to an individual in your Family and Friends List or reassign it at a later time. I know this may sound daunting but the app will walk you through the steps. If you need further assistance, give the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ Help Center a call.

Finally, I suggest you create a Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass to add to your Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or digital wallet. You can use your smart device to enter the parks and scan into your Lightning Lanes once created.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
