    i need to link a magic band that is link to another account. i bought the tickets and i made all the reservation but i am not able to link her band.

    Hey Toni! Thanks for stopping by planDisney. There’s nothing better than planning a vacation to Walt Disney World.

    I absolutely love MagicBands! There are so many options these days and as of today I had my eye on The Haunted Mansion MagicBand.

    I would double-check that the MagicBand is not trying to jump from another person’s account as MagicBand’s are unique to individuals and cannot be transferred to another person. So as long as that same person is the one that will be using the MagicBand, you should be able to incorporate this person into your party

    If this is the case and you’re still having issues, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at Walt Disney World and they will work their magic to get everything squared away prior to your vacation in October.

    Oh, and be sure to check out The Haunted Mansion MagicBand along with all the new Fall styles!
