Do I need to link dining reservation with my other in my group so we can all be seated together? We all have reservation at the same place and same time. We plan to be eating at Ragland Road.

Hiya Kimberly - welcome back to planDisney!

It's great to see you stop by with another question for our team of panelists. A Guest coming back tells us that we must be helpful!

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant is a Disney Springs staple and always a great time. There's an amazing food menu, authentic Irish Pub ambiance, and free nightly entertainment including live bands, dancing, and more. There's also a great brunch! Long story short, your crew has made a great choice!

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you have one advance dining reservation for a specific party size at a specific time, and someone else you would like to sit with has a separate reservation at the same time. If that's the case, there isn't any formal way to "link" these dining reservations.

One option you could try would be to have the details for each reservation handy before you call and speak to a Cast Member about canceling one and adding those Guests to the other reservation. It's not likely to be an option, but in my experience, if I have the time to call in, I always like to see what options might be available. So, no promises, but something you could try!

Otherwise, what I usually do in these situations is stop by the restaurant an hour or so before my reservation and explain the situation to the Cast Member at the host stand. In many cases, they've been able to accommodate our request to be seated together or nearby. Please keep in mind that sometimes this simply isn't possible, as the two reservations have already been assigned to specific seating areas or servers and the larger group can't be accommodated. If it is important that everyone from the two reservations sits together, I suggest finding a new reservation that includes all Guests in your crew.

I hope this information is helpful, Kimberly - keep the questions coming!
