Need to link my confirmation with tickets

David, thank you so much for visiting us at planDisney!

It sounds like you need to create a My Disney Experience account to kick-start your magical vacation planning! Here you can link Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets to an existing room reservation. Once you create an account, start first by linking your hotel reservation and ticket purchases by selecting "Link Your Reservations and Tickets." You will get a list of options; I would start with the room reservation by selecting "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package." Then, go back to link your tickets by selecting "Tickets." If you have any Advanced Dining Reservations, you can also connect them by selecting "Dining Reservation." This section is also where you can link your Memory Maker purchase if you are going to take advantage of this product too.

Next, you will need to make your Theme Park reservations using the Disney Park Pass System. Once those tickets and everything is appropriately linked, you can select everyone in your party who will be experiencing this magic with you in the Theme Parks and choose which park you will be visiting each day.

The Theme Parks look a little different during these times to help keep Guests and Cast Members healthy and safe. Be sure to visit the Know Before You Go page for updates to modified policies and procedures.

David, please come back and visit us here at planDisney if you need any more assistance. We will be more than happy to answer your questions.

    Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
