I have great news for you! The Walt Disney World Resort offers
ECV rentals at the entrance of each theme park! When you rent an ECV from the theme parks, if you have any troubles with the battery or the ECV function, a Cast Member will bring you another one within minutes! Many people rent ECVs outside the theme park to use from their Disney Resort Collection hotel to the transportation and throughout the theme parks. If you rent an ECV from an outside service, you will need to maneuver your ECV on and off the complimentary transportation. Also, if you have any problems with your ECV, you will have to contact the outside service for help. Renting an ECV in the theme parks allows you to board all modes of transportation by walking on quickly, and if you have any problems, you have Cast Members ready to help!
