Do I need to know my room number to have a package mailed to the Grand Floridian Resort?

Hi there, Jessica, and welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled that you're here with this great question about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It sounds like you're hoping to receive a package at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and I'm glad to give you a few tips about mail services.

Jessica, you'll be happy to know that you're welcome to have a package mailed to you during your stay at the Grand Floridian Resort. Be sure the package clearly displays the mailing address of your hotel. It also needs to say "Guest" and include your date of arrival. You do not need to know your room number. There will be a $6 handling charge for any packages, whether received through the Front Desk or delivered directly to your room. I should add that this charge is subject to change without notice.

Did you know that you can also find essentials in the gift shop of your resort? I also love to stop by Disney Springs for other items I need during my vacation - you can find pretty much anything you need there!

While you're enjoying your time at the Grand Floridian, be sure to spend some time at Enchanted Rose. This Beauty and the Beast-inspired lounge is a delight. You'll love the snacks and drinks available, but the ambiance is the best part!

Jessica, I hope you have the very best time during your vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have.

    Happily,
    Jennifer
