As you know,
Disneyland Resort Annual Passports that were valid as of March 14, 2020 may be eligible for a pro rata refund because of the sunsetting of the program earlier this year. The amount you might receive is based on factors like how much you paid toward the Passport, any refund already sent, and when your Passport was activated.
If you purchased it with a credit card (with or without other forms of payment), a refund will be issued to the credit card used. If you had a monthly payment program contract, any applicable refund will be returned to the most recent credit card used for payments. Guests who used another form of payment, like cash or a gift card, should be issued a refund check that will be mailed to the billing address you gave at the time of Passport purchase or renewal. If you were expecting a refund and haven’t received one just yet, please call (714) 781-7277 to confirm your contact and refund information with a Cast Member.
