Hi Angela, welcome to planDisney!
You'll be arriving at Walt Disney World Resort in less than one week, which means you've officially entered the "too excited to sleep" zone. During those sleepless nights, I recommend checking out planDisney's
Top 23 for 2023.
Valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a
method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are required for theme park entry during your stay. For tickets with the Park Hopper Option, you must make a theme park reservation for the first theme park you plan to enter each day. Once you've entered that park, you can 'hop' to any other park without an additional theme park reservation after 2:00 p.m.
Here are your must-dos to reserve your spot in the parks next week, Angela:
1. Make sure your tickets are
linked in My Disney Experience.
2. Consult the
theme park reservation availability calendar and make a
theme park reservation for each person in your party for each park day. Spring break and the official opening of
TRON Lightcycle/Run at Magic Kingdom Park explain why some parks are currently unavailable next week. Even if you are unable to make a theme park reservation for a specific theme park, Angela, your
Park Hopper Ticket is the superpower that can get you into any park after 2:00 p.m., subject to availability. If the Park Hopper Option is unavailable at a theme park, which rarely occurs, you will receive a push notification from the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
Something else to keep in mind is that theme park reservation availability changes in real-time as Guests reimagine their park days. Once you have a theme park reservation, it's possible to modify the reservation to a different park as availability allows - just keep checking!
I hope this information guides your magical next steps, Angela. Please don't hesitate to
reach out with any additional questions.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
