I need to know if I have Park reservations for Epcot for Wednesday the 18th and Thursday the 19th for myself and my wife, Cindy. I have tried multiple times to do this but it doesn't show up on the information on my app.

Hi John, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you and your wife have quite an adventure in store next week. Let's help you make sure the plans for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation are in tip-top shape!

I'm so sorry you haven't been able to find your Disney Park Pass reservations in your My Disney Experience app, John. Let's walk through the process to make sure they're not hiding in there somewhere. Starting with the My Disney Experience mobile app, go to the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner of the screen. Then click on the box that says "My Plans." You should see any Disney Resort hotel reservations, dining reservations, and any other plans you've made for your trip in date order. For example, I have a stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort beginning on September 30, so that's the first thing I see in my plans. Next, on Friday, October 1, I see the Disney Park Pass reservation I made for EPCOT. I can click on that and see my family's names, confirming that we all have a Park Pass for that day.

If you're still not seeing it in the app, let's try the computer. Go to the Walt Disney World website and look for the sign-in prompt around the middle of the page, right under the COVID information. Once you're logged in, click on "My Disney Experience," then scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Make sure "Daily Itinerary" is selected, and look for your Disney Park Pass reservations, again by date order. If you're still having trouble finding them, I'd go ahead and call Disney's Guest Services number and see if a Cast Member can help you troubleshoot the issue.

You've certainly picked a lovely time to visit EPCOT! We were just there last weekend, and I'm pleased to report that the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom. It's a beautiful festival, and of course, you don't want to miss the tasty treats on offer at the Outdoor Kitchens!

I hope you found this helpful, John. Fingers crossed that you're able to find those reservations! If you have any other questions, please be sure to come see us again.

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
