Hello Sharon, and welcome to planDisney!
It is completely understandable that your plans may change, even at the last moment. If you are unable to visit a theme park for which you have made a
Disney Park Pass reservation, there is no penalty. I would recommend that if you find yourself unable to utilize your reservation, do go ahead and cancel it through your
My Disney Experience account, in the event that other Guests may be in need of reservation availability.
It sounds like you have already pre-registered for
Disability Access Service (DAS) and taken advantage of the new DAS Advance planning option to pre-select experiences. Any experiences scheduled on the date for which you cancel your Disney Park Pass reservation will not transfer to a different date. You will need to contact a Cast Member to make DAS Advance selections for your new date(s). While in the US, you will be able to
request a live chat with a Cast Member who will be able to assist you with your new selections. Please keep in mind that DAS Advance selections must be made at least 2 days prior to your park visit.
On the date of your visit to a theme park, you will also be able to utilize the DAS Return Time Self-Selection Tool in the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
I hope that helps! I am wishing you a wonderful visit during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Enjoy!
Anne Marie
