i need to know if the ice cream at disney is full milk

Hi Emilio! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

Many dining locations at Disneyland Resort can accommodate allergy-friendly requests and special dietary requests. Most locations can accommodate an allergy-friendly request related to milk, for example. Some can accommodate lactose intolerance too. If you or someone in your group has more than 4 allergy-friendly requests or a medically restrictive diet, you are encouraged to contact Special.Diets@Disneyland.com to request a Special Dietary Request form.

You are also encouraged to always speak with a friendly Cast Member about your specific concerns. Ask to see the product packaging, for example, on the ice cream bars, so you know the ingredients and can make your determination about whether the product meets your needs. Then, let the Cast Member know if you have a special request. They always do their best to meet Guests' needs whenever possible though it may take a little longer to do so.

There are some yummy frozen options currently available in the park that are dairy-free if that's what you're looking for, including the famous DOLE Whip you'll find in Adventureland in Disneyland Park at The Tropical Hideaway and the Tiki Juice Bar and over in Disneyland Hotel at Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill. We don't ever skip a refreshing DOLE Whip! Also, try Outshine Fruit Bars and Plant-based Vanilla Ice Cream at Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street, U.S.A., the Blue and Green Milk available in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at the Milk Stand, and Boysen Apple Freeze in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park.

There are some great options currently available in Disney California Adventure Park too. The sorbets at Clarabelle's Hand-Scooped Ice Cream on Buena Vista Street are a good choice, although there are no non-dairy ice cream selections at the moment. Schmoozie's in Hollywoodland has a dairy-free Mangonada with Liquor if you're looking for a cool adult beverage. You'll find a Non-Dairy Hot Fudge Sundae over in San Fransokyo Square at Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop, and we most recently cooled off with several dairy-free selections from Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats. We tried the It's Lemon! and It's Lemon and Mango Swirl! menu items, but there are a few other dairy-free choices as well.

Menu options and ingredients can change, so always double-check with a Cast Member if you have specific needs. Check the Disneyland mobile app for current menu offerings to help guide your choices. Allergy-friendly options can often be found when Mobile Ordering your meal from a participating location, which makes this extra convenient.

    I hope this helps!
