Hi there, Brandon!
I'm glad you sent your question to planDisney, and I’m so happy you put down a
Placeholder deposit for a future Disney Cruise. Saving money and guaranteeing yourself another magical sailing is always a win!
You can actually book your Placeholder cruise online! Sign in to your account on the
Disney Cruise Line website, and once you're logged in, find the “Already Booked” tab at the top of the page. Scroll down and select “My Reservations,” where you should see your Placeholder listed there along with its expiration date. If you have multiple reservations, just use the drop‑down menu to switch between them until you find the right one.
After opening your Placeholder, select “Search All Cruises.” From there, the system works just like browsing for any regular sailing. You will need to confirm who’s traveling with you and then explore the available itineraries. As you look through options, watch for the “Special Rates for Placeholder” banner at the top of the page. Eligible cruises will also show a “Placeholder Offer” icon, which lets you know the discount is being applied correctly.
If anything seems confusing or you can’t locate what you need, you can always call
Disney Cruise Line directly. A Cast Member can pull up your specific reservation and walk you through the details.
Since you're hoping to sail in November, you might want to take a peek at the
Very Merrytime Cruises to see if any of those itineraries accept your Placeholder and line up with your travel dates. These sailings are overflowing with holiday magic, including Mickey and Minnie’s Holiday Party, themed activities, special entertainment, and ship‑wide seasonal decor that makes everything feel extra merry! If one of these cruises fits your schedule, it could be the perfect way to kick off the holiday season in true Disney style!
Brandon, enjoy your next Disney Cruise! Don't hesitate to contact planDisney again if you have additional questions.
Happy sailing!
Jen
