I need to keep my medication refrigerated. Can i request a refrigerator for my room?

Hey there, Suzette! It's great to have you back at planDisney for help with your upcoming Disney vacation.

You'll be happy to know that every Disney Resort hotel room already includes a small refrigerator, so you’ll have a spot to safely store your medication during your stay. If you need a specific temperature-controlled fridge (for example, if your medication requires a certain temperature range), you can absolutely request a medical refrigerator instead.

To do that, you can call ahead, speak with a Cast Member, and have it noted on your reservation, or mention it to the Front Desk or your resort’s Guest Services when you check in. They’re always great about helping with special requests like this and will make sure everything is ready when you arrive.

If, for any reason, the in-room fridge doesn’t meet your needs, Disney also has First Aid centers in each of the theme parks that can store medications requiring refrigeration while you’re out enjoying your day.

So yes, you’ll definitely be able to keep your medication cool and safe, whether you’re in your room or spending the day in the parks. It’s just one of the many thoughtful touches Disney provides to help every guest stay comfortable and worry-free during their visit!

Suzette, you're in for a magical time at Disney. Please stop by again if you have more planning questions.

    Toodles,
