    I need information in regards to taking my daughter & grandkids to the park. My daughter is a diabetic and wears a Dex Com , she is also legally blind.

    Disneyland Resort takes great strides to afford all Guests an inclusive and enjoyable experience through the thoughtful Services for Guests with Disabilities. The resource offers recommendations and accommodations for services and devices for Guests living with visual disabilities, accessibility services and features at Disneyland Resort Hotels, useful information for First Aid Centers, companion restrooms and more to assist your daughter, JoAnn.

    In consideration of your precious grandchildren, Disneyland Resort offers the Planning for Preschool Kids & Little Ones resource containing all information for age-related character experiences, attractions, dining and activities that you may wish to consider.

    JoAnn, some important planning tips are to link your tickets and then secure your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations using the Disneyland Mobile App. If you can’t find the day you are looking for, please continue to refresh the page as Guests may change their minds and cancel thereby opening a spot for you and your family. For any issues, please contact Disneyland Resort - Tickets for assistance.

    To link your theme park tickets on the Disneyland Mobile App:

    1. On the app tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right.
    2. On your “Welcome JoAnn” page, select “Tickets and Passes."
    3. On the “Tickets and Passes” page, tap the blue vertical lines “Link Tickets & Passes.”
    4. On the “Link a Ticket or Pass” page scan your ticket barcode or enter the ID number manually.  
    5. If you have a Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation head to your “Welcome JoAnn” page select “My Hotel Reservation" from the fields and add your reservation number.

    To make a Theme Park Reservation after linking tickets:

    1. Return to the Disneyland Home Screen, it’s blue and purple.
    2. Down at the bottom in the center, there is a circle containing an “+” tap that.
    3. This opens a series of fields, select from “Make a Park Reservation.”
