Need ideas for our first day, arriving at MCO at 11 am on 5/21, using ME. Have reservations to Ohana at 6:25 pm. What to do in between. It will be me and hubby and my 5 yr old son. Thanks

With enchanting castle views, a delicious South Sea flared menu, and coconut races, this spot is an excellent choice for dinner your first night.

Expect to arrive at your resort around 12:30. After checking in, several hours to fill with fun await you before you need to head over to Disney's Polynesian Resort. Allow about an hour and a half to travel to dinner. You will need to catch a bus from your hotel to the Magic Kingdom where you can hop on the monorail to ride to the Poly for dinner.

Consider a round of miniature golf, bowling and lunch at the brand new Splitsville, or shopping and snacks in Downtown Disney. Many resorts offer boat or bike rentals or cane pole fishing for some afternoon fun.  Consider visiting Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground for pony or wagon rides. Your resort might offer some appealing activities to help entertain you during your free time. Perhaps a relaxing afternoon of splashing at the pool might be your best bet.

Andreina, I hope you and your family have a fabulous first day at Walt Disney World!
