    Do I need an ID to get into the parks? Or will my magic band be enough?

    Hello Laura!

    I am excited that you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation! I love using a MagicBand as my key to "the World" when I am on my Walt Disney World vacations. I have over 50 MagicBands, so you can see that I love them! 

    Yes, you can use a MagicBand to enter a theme park in Walt Disney World as long as it is active in your My Disney Experience account, you have a valid ticket that is linked to your My Disney Experience account, and you have made a theme park reservation for that day. You will not need an ID as long as you have completed the three listed items. If you are picking up will call tickets at Guest relations, you would need a photo ID such as a driver's license. I have never had to use a photo ID to enter the theme parks Walt Disney World if I had a MagicBand linked to my Disney Experience account.
