    Need help with reservation

Hi Deneicia! Welcome to planDisney! You have come to the perfect place to get help on planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I'm excited about your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! When planning your stay, you will be required to make many different types of reservations. You’ll need resort accommodations, dining reservations, theme park reservations, and possibly a few more. Luckily, the Walt Disney World website and your My Disney Experience account are the perfect places to handle all your direct needs.

If you have not already booked your vacation package through the Walt Disney World website, I would suggest reaching out to an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. These individuals can book your entire stay, including airfare, airport transportation, resort reservations, and ticket packages. It will basically be a one-stop-shop. They will also be able to assist when it comes time to make your dining reservations. The best part about using a Vacation Planner is there is no extra cost to you. You will pay the same amount for your vacation as if you booked it yourself!

If you need help with an existing reservation, log in to your My Disney Experience account to view everything that you have planned to date. Your Disney Resorts Hotel reservation will be shown here as well as your park tickets and reservations. If you need to make any changes to your resort reservation, I suggest calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line and speaking with a Cast Member for assistance.

If you need to make any changes to your park tickets, there should be a “Change Ticket” option to select. If so, you will be able to add on additional days or change the dates associated with the tickets here. Again, if you are having any trouble, try calling the Existing Tickets line for help.

If you are referring to help with theme park reservations, you are required to have one to enter any of the four theme parks. You can make them by logging on to your My Disney Experience account and selecting “Park Reservations”. Select the parks you wish to visit on the selected dates. Your reservations will be shown on your account after you are finished. You can make changes to these up to the day of your visit as long as the park is still available on that date.

Deneicia, I hope this information helps you during the planning process. If you need clarification on a specific reservation, please reach back out to me at planDisney anytime!

    Happy planning!
