    I need help with a refund, I accidentally bought two sets of tickets due to the reservation thing and no one is answering the phones or responding to emails???

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored to answer your question regarding your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! 

    I am so sorry you are having issues getting in touch with a Cast Member or having your email answered. The past few months have been very busy for all of our Cast Members, so I apologize for the inconvenience. I did want to get back with you and let you know that all Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable at this time. My recommendation would be to check the expiration date on the Disneyland Theme Park Tickets you will not use on your trip. From there, I would check your schedule for another trip and then go ahead and book your Disneyland Theme Park Reservations. As you know, reservations are going VERY quickly right now, and I want to make sure you are able to book another MAGICAL trip for your family. 

    There are so many exciting announcements being made all of the time, and we don't want you to miss a thing! That is why we want you to follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.
