    Need help redeeming the value of an unused ticket from November 2020 towards purchase of a new ticket in May 2021. Unable to locate a place to redeem before or during checkout.

    The best way to redeem the value of an unused ticket is to call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 566-4985. The Cast Member on the other end of the line will be able to dig in to the specific details of your theme park tickets and walk through the options you have. Once you get that all squared away, you’re going to want to link those tickets to your My Disney Experience App so that you can make your theme park reservations as soon as possible. Since you’re hoping to travel soon, it’s important to get this done in the very near future.
