Hola, Miguel! You're as welcome as can be here at
planDisney. Thanks a bunch for stopping by with your questions! I just LOVE it when other Mexicans come to visit.
Okay... I have to say that I got a little teary-eyed reading your question. Your soon-to-be fiancée is going to be swept off her pretty little feet by your grand gesture! If you'd like to propose during a meet & greet with both Mickey and Minnie, you'll need to do it at the Town Square Theater in
Magic Kingdom Park or at the Adventurers Outpost in
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Both of these options are truly magical, but there's something very special about meeting the Big Cheeses in their 50th Anniversary EARidescent outfits at the Magic Kingdom.
Miguel, there are also a couple more ways for you to propose next to Mickey or Minnie, but they'll be by themselves. At
Disney's Hollywood Studios, you can meet them separately inside a building on Commissary Lane at a meet & greet called "Mickey & Minnie Starring In Red Carpet Dreams". Depending on who you get to meet first, you could propose at that time and then show the next Big Mouse the ring! If you'll be at
EPCOT for the day, you can meet Mickey in a tuxedo at the Pixar Short Film Festival right by the Imagination Pavilion. Minnie can also be found at EPCOT's World Showcase, but her appearances depend on park schedule. I encourage you to check the Characters list on the
My Disney Experience mobile app for more accurate information once you're in Orlando!
Before you pop the big question, you'll need to be as prepared as you possibly can be. I would suggest purchasing the Memory Maker Service so that you can download all of your vacation pictures in one go. This way, you won't need to worry about taking your camera with you! Plus, all you need to do is get down on one knee and ask Maria to marry you. The amazing
Disney PhotoPass photographers will capture the ENTIRE thing for you!
Congratulations on your engagement, Miguel. I hope that my tips help you make the most of this magical milestone! If you have any other questions in English
or in Spanish, please don't hesitate to
reach back out to me. I'm always available and more than happy to help!
Abrazos,
Ana Paula
