Planning is full of possibilities, Cynthia! It's a joy to welcome you to planDisney and assist you in planning a trip to Walt Disney World for February 2027. Will this be a romantic adults only getaway for Valentine's Day or a late winter outing for the whole family to escape frigid temperatures further north? I can make some fun & festive suggestions for you here, but I'd love to tailor my recommendations based on the kind of trip you're planning. You can always stop by again and tell me how many are in your travel party, which parks you want to visit, and if you have any special celebrations coming up. For now, I'm happy to share what I consider the best of what Disney World has to offer.
I highly recommend staying on property at a Disney Resort hotel, as there are many benefits included and you're right in the middle of the action! I have humble roots as a guest of Value Resorts and have recently enjoyed stays at Deluxe Resorts and you really can't go wrong with any of the options on property. I love
seeing animals from my room at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and the
fantastic dining options at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, but I'd be equally happy with the larger-than-life decor at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort and the Skyliner access it provides.
When it comes to
theme parks, Magic Kingdom is the gem in Disney World's crown, no doubt about it. This iconic original park is the home to many classic attractions and newly Imagineered specialties and is a must-visit for many guests. I'm partial to EPCOT for the variety of dining and cultural performances across World Showcase and thrilling attractions in other sections of the park like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. My favorite nighttime spectacular is Fantasmic! and you can find it at Disney's Hollywood Studios. There's even more to do in this park during the day, from living out your intergalactic dreams in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge to exploring Andy's backyard in Toy Story Land. The four theme parks truly have something for everyone!
If this trip won't be your first rodeo, I always like to encourage guests to try something new. This could be something like a dining experience or an
Enchanting Extra. Most of my dining is done in the theme parks, but I was glad to make my way over to Island Tower to try the relatively new
Wailulu Bar & Grill on a recent visit. The Wayfinder Burger hit the spot and my wife and I were both impressed with our cocktails. Even though I've been to Disney World quite a few times, there are always new experiences on my to-do list, especially unique tours like
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom or
Behind the Seeds. I'm sure there's something special that you haven't done yet, so maybe this trip will be the perfect opportunity!
I'd love to fine-tune this response for you, Cynthia, so don't hesitate to
reach out to me again here at planDisney! I am wishing you a perfect visit to Disney World.
Stay magical,
Scott
