Howdy Katie, and welcome to
planDisney!
As a fellow out-of-state Guest, I was thrilled when it was announced that beginning June 15, ALL visitors could visit the theme parks of
Disneyland Resort. With the recent opening of the
Avengers Campus in
Disney California Adventure Park, this Marvel fan is ready to assemble as soon as possible!
To ensure all goes smoothly with your Golden State adventure, I recommend using the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar as a starting point for your booking process. Here, you can view dates up to 120 days in advance and see which theme parks are accepting reservations. Right now, the middle of July and onward look wide open.
Next, I'd input some dates into the Build Your Vacation tool at the top of the Disneyland home page to check hotel options for your stay. Currently,
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is open with
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel and the
Disneyland Hotel resuming operations on June 15 and July 2 respectively. You can also explore a variety of
Good Neighbor Hotels if that interests you.
Once you've investigated accommodation and admission options and settled on dates, I suggest booking and making
theme park reservations as soon as possible. You can
bundle your theme park tickets and hotel room together in a vacation package or choose to purchase each separately. If you'd like to speak with a Cast Member to review options,
call (714) 520-5060 and a friendly magic maker will assist you.
I hope this is helpful, Katie, and you can get the planning process started quickly. Best wishes as you
return to a land of magic, and we'll see ya real soon!
