I need help planning a one night stay at Disney. I want to park hop on Saturday February 24th and stay the night. I will have a vehicle.

Hey Howdy Hey Jason and welcome to planDisney!

I am excited to hear you will have the opportunity to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth next month. Thank you for your question on planning your visit. I will do my best to get you pointed in the right direction to set up your vacation.

You are more than able to book everything you want online through the Walt Disney World site. When you select "Places to Stay" you can select the specific dates you would need hotel accommodations for. You will then have a list of Disney Resort Collection hotels to choose from that may fit your budget. When booking a vacation package with Walt Disney World, the minimum number of tickets you can purchase is 2. If you planned on only needing a 1-day theme park ticket, you will have to book them separately. Select "No Ticket" as you complete the steps to book your hotel accommodations. After that, go to the "Theme Park Ticket" section of the site. Once there, you will be able to select a 1-day ticket and which park you want to start at as well as an upgrade to the Park Hopper Option. After these steps, you should be all set with your hotel accommodations and theme park tickets.

Depending on when you arrive at your resort and the day of your theme park tickets, your benefits of staying onsite begin the day of your reservation and through the day you check out. They are not specific to the times you check-in or out of your resort. So if you want to visit the parks the day of your arrival date but do not have a room ready, you can drop anything you wanted off to Bell Services for them to hold until your room is ready. You will be able to head to the parks and take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry to experience the parks 30 minutes before they open to the general public. After your day in the park, you can then either stop by Bell Services to collect your belongings or give them a call once in your room and they can deliver them to you. With Direct-to-Room Service, you will be notified through your My Disney Experience account when your room is ready so you will be able to spend more time enjoying the resort and parks!

I hope this helped get the basics figured out for your upcoming trip. The details of how to spend your day are so much more fun to plan! Please feel free to stop back with any further questions you may have, we are always happy to help.

    Have a Magical day,

    Nick
