Hey there Zaneta and welcome to planDisney!
Big group visits to the Walt Disney World Resort are kind of my jam. My most recent visit involved 10 people, 3 rooms, and 3 different
Disney Resorts Collection hotels planned pretty much single-handedly. While I was able to get it done, I sure could have used a little assistance to lighten the load. Let's talk about how you can secure someone to help you go the distance!
Your first stop for a helping hand could be found through the Walt Disney World Resort itself. There are
Cast Members available to help you with all of your major needs such as Theme Park Tickets, Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, Tours and Recreation, etc. I know when I planned one of these trips for the first time I wore those phone lines out with questions!
Now because you have 3 separate families that will be attending. I would suggest simplifying the process by taking some of the pressure off of yourself. Since it appears you've all decided on your desired dates, go ahead and have everyone book their vacation packages using the
Build Your Vacation tool on the Walt Disney World website homepage. Each party can enter the exact details of your trip like travel dates, desired Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and info about their travel party. They'll then be able to select their
Theme Park Tickets. Once everyone is booked, you'll be able to link yourselves together via the
Family & Friends List in your
My Disney Experience app to plan your more specific experiences together.
Pro-tip: Don't be afraid to seek out an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. They know the ins and outs of planning a Disney vacation. A quick Google search will set you on the path to finding one that can help make all of your Disney dreams come true!
Zaneta, I'm wishing on every star that your vacation turns out just the way you want it. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
come back for another chat!
Happy planning!
Taylor
