need help planing our first vacation. I have two children ages 5 and 8.

Hi Georgina! Excellent ages for a first trip to Disney! Since you didn't give me many details, I think the first thing you should do is decide the best time to come and how long you want to stay. keep in mind that Magic Kingdom is the park that takes the most time, because most of the attractions are appropriate for both ages. A good idea is to look up all the park's attractions so you can determine what your children are more interested in, which will help a lot! Then you should decide where you want to stay. I prefer staying at Disney property because of their excellent service. The rest of your decisions will depend on these main choices. Disney's website has an excellent planning guide which can be useful when planning your first trip. Have a Magical, Pixie Dust filled filled first trip to Disney!
